We recommend personalized training as supplement to “Group Training”.
Why Personal Training: While the group training allows you to practice with different body type opponents, the “Personalized training” deepens the skills learned.
Training Location : You can take private training lesson either at our training centers or at the convenience of your premises at a mutually agreed time.
Training Duration: Each private training session lasts for around 60 mins. Minimum one session per week.
Packages: Personal Training packages start with minimum 4 sessions to ensure good transfer of knowledge.
